When you create a NeoSwarm account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Clerk). When you connect an exchange, we store encrypted API keys that allow our service to execute trades on your behalf. We also collect usage data such as trading activity, grid configurations, trading performance metrics, and portfolio analytics. We collect IP addresses and device information for rate limiting and security purposes. Our machine learning systems derive feature data from market activity (technical indicators, volume patterns, price action) — this is market data, not personal data.
We use your information to operate the NeoSwarm trading service, including executing grid trading strategies, displaying portfolio analytics, and providing AI-powered trading assistance. We use anonymized, aggregated market data (not individual trading patterns) to improve and train our machine learning models. We use your information to detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and to communicate service updates, security alerts, and billing notices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored in AWS Secrets Manager. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information. API keys are configured with trade-only permissions and cannot withdraw funds.
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication and identity), Stripe (payment processing), your connected exchanges and brokerages (trade execution),AWS (infrastructure hosting, encryption, and secrets management), and LunarCrush (aggregated social sentiment data — no personal data shared). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data. Exchange connections are initiated by you and use API keys you create with permissions you control.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading history and performance data are retained for analytical purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected].
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. You may export your trading history from the dashboard. You may revoke exchange API keys at any time by deleting them from your exchange account or disconnecting your exchange in the NeoSwarm dashboard. For California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
