We Never Have Withdrawal Access
When you create API keys on your exchange, you grant trade-only permissions. NeoSwarm can place and cancel orders, but can never move funds out of your exchange account. Your money stays on your exchange at all times.
AES-256 Encryption
Your exchange API keys are encrypted with AES-256 — the same encryption standard used by banks and the U.S. government. Keys are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are never stored in plaintext, never logged, and never exposed in our dashboard.
Secure Infrastructure
NeoSwarm runs on AWS (Amazon Web Services) with enterprise-grade infrastructure: private VPC networking, encrypted databases (AWS RDS with encryption at rest), and secrets managed through AWS Secrets Manager. Our services run in isolated containers with no public network access.
Authentication & Access
User authentication is handled by Clerk, an industry-leading identity platform. All dashboard sessions are secured with modern authentication standards. API endpoints are protected with server-side authentication checks.
Full Transparency
Every trade NeoSwarm executes is visible in your dashboard and verifiable on your exchange. You can see every order, every fill, every P&L number. There are no hidden actions — if the swarm does it, you can see it.
Built-In Risk Controls
Daily loss limits automatically pause trading if losses exceed your threshold. Breakout detection protects against sudden market moves. You can pause or stop all trading instantly from your dashboard at any time.
Best Practices for Your API Keys
·Only enable "Trade" permissions — never enable "Withdraw"
·Use IP whitelisting on your exchange if available
·Create a dedicated API key for NeoSwarm (don't reuse keys)
·Regularly review your exchange's API key activity logs
·If you suspect any compromise, revoke the key on your exchange immediately
